Registration
- Registration is open until April 26
- All teams will be considered waitlisted until officially accepted, on or before May 1. Team contacts will be notified by email.
- Payment is required at time of registration. Payments in RAMP are by credit card only. E-transfer payments can be sent to treasurer@hollandiasoccer.ca.

Refund Policy
- For withdrawals during the regisration period, a full refund will be issued
- For withdrawals after April 26, no refunds will be issued (with the exception of teams that are not accepted into the tournament)

Important Information
- Team rosters (including players and team personnel) and guest player forms (max 5) need to be finalized and submitted by May 8.
- Out of Province Teams - Please complete and submit travel permits by May 8.
- Max roster sizes: U9 (12), U11 (15), U13 (18), U15/17/19 (22)
